As the owner of a local restoration and mold remediation company serving the Greater Seattle area, I work with many general contractors every year. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but after partnering with Levite Construction on one of their full home renovation projects, I felt they truly deserved the recognition. Our company was brought in after hidden mold was discovered beneath the crawl space during a whole-home repipe. Situations like this can quickly become stressful for homeowners and often reveal how well a contractor actually manages a project. Levite Construction handled it exceptionally well. From the moment I arrived, I could tell this was a professionally managed project. The jobsite was clean, organized, and safe. The work areas were properly protected and contained, allowing the homeowners to continue living in the home while minimizing dust and disruption. Every permit, approved construction plan, inspection record, and project document was organized and readily available on site. I also had the opportunity to review the custom design plans and 3D renderings they had developed before construction began, which showed the level of planning that went into the project. As a restoration contractor, I pay close attention to how construction companies respond when unexpected conditions arise. Rather than creating confusion or simply adding costs, Levite team immediately shifted into problem-solving mode. They communicated openly with the homeowner, coordinated with the plumbing contractor, worked closely with our restoration team, documented the issue properly, and prepared a clear and professional change order so everyone understood the scope and solution before moving forward. What impressed me most was the level of communication and leadership throughout the project. The homeowner remained informed, confident, and involved in every decision. Every trade appeared to know exactly what needed to be done, and the project continued moving forward in a professional and organized manner. During my time on site, I also witnessed positive interactions with the city inspector, who complimented the quality of the work, the organization of the project, and the professionalism of the team. In our industry, it's easy to recognize companies that simply complete construction and those that truly manage projects. Levite Construction clearly falls into the second category. minnie chung877 days agoI had an amazing opportunity to work with Levite Construction to remodel my old condo. Yair, the G.C & Co-founder of the company was there from the start to the finish. He organized all his people so that work progressed efficiently and proficiently. Also, he listened to my priorities and concerns, and he made sure those were met. During the final stages, Barak made sure all improvements (both indoor and the public areas) were done in a timely manner. Thank you VERY MUCH for your wonderful work! Natali, our designer, was invaluable in helping us to choose the various components (tile, flooring, vanity, etc.). I asked Yair up front for a time estimate. He told me three to four weeks, and that was right on the money. At the time I wondered how it could take that long, but now I see how much goes into it, and I'm amazed they were able to meet that promise. The workers were here almost every single day (M-F), and they took very few breaks. Yair was very conscientious about keeping us updated and explaining each step along the way. I believe we got three bids on this project. Levite was competitive with the other two. Andrew McGoogan1923 days agoLiran and his crew did an amazing job transforming our old basement workshop into a luxury bathroom. This was a project we had been planning out for a long time, so it was important to us that we found the right company for the job. We ended up going with Liran and Superlative Construction in the end, and don't regret it at all. The first thing that stuck out to us was Liran's responsiveness and knowledge. He made himself available shortly after our initial request and was able to go into detail about the different options we had and the amount of work involved. After we made the decision to move forward with the project, Liran was able to move fast on getting the work done. The bulk of the work was completed in about 3.5 weeks with just some small finishing touches remaining. This at times meant quite a few workers in and out of the house some days, but they were able to accomplish a lot in a small amount of time. The work itself is quality and the bathroom is a game changer in our daily routines. Throughout the whole project, Liran kept us updated on the progress and was always available to us for question, sometimes even in the after hours.+3Posted on Google

The estimate was clear and I really appreciate that individual steps are listed in detail in the estimate; it learned a few things I wasn't thinking about before, so the estimate really helped me understand the whole process. The designing was a great experience, too! Natalie listened to our wild ideas and made lots of suggestions to make them work together. After the construction started, Barak gave us daily updates and took care of the tiniest details. He also patiently answered my questions about how steps like waterproofing are done. Projects like this always have some small imperfections; after the project has been completed, Yair and Barak responded quickly to make a small fix; I am thankful that they are taking care of their clients. They were both extremely responsive and organized in getting everything done. Natali was the designer and she worked with me until I got exactly the materials I wanted. Customer service was exceptional and the work was completed quickly and and with care. I was also impressed with the care taken to keep stairwells and entryway of my home clean while the work was in progress. Michael Gamon929 days agoI had a small bathroom in my 1914 house redone and decided to go with the bid from Levite Construction because the overall estimated cost came in quite a bit lower than several other design/build companies and I was impressed with the on-site visit by the project manager Coral and his attention to detail. Working with the designer Natali was very productive and useful at the start of the process, given the overwhelming number of choices. Natali picked up very quickly on what I like, and with her help we could zero in on tiling and hardware choices efficiently. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Having a responsive project manager as a single contact point across the many tasks and subcontractors was a big plus. In an old house it is par for the course that there will be some surprises (plaster walls, plumbing out of code etc.) requiring the occasional adjustment of plans - this is where a good communication channel becomes essential to avoid delays and stress. The project was completed on time and within budget, and I am very happy with the result. At the end of the project I was especially impressed with the flexibility to have all remaining cosmetic issues addressed very quickly until I was completely satisfied.Posted on Houzz

Jim O'Connor954 days agoI rarely provide FIVE STAR ratings, as there is seemingly always something that can be done better. And we all (did) learn from the experience too. But in this case, I'll make an exception: FIVE STARS!! (even if there are still opportunities). Levite Construction managed the major remodel of three bathrooms in our upper floor, with very stunning results. If you see bathrooms described as "specially selected tiles, the aquamarine hue kissed with a gold dust finish", and "...transformation of art and function...", that is our project (two of the bathrooms). And one of the best things about this experience: the (estimated) price was the price, irrespective of the changes to original plan that inevitably ensue. Louie Poole1278 days agoWe were looking for a commercial soundproof contractor for a long time without getting a professional solution from many other companies. The moment we spoke with Levi the owner of Levite construction we realised that we found the company for the project. We were dealing with severe commercial noise in our office that was sharing a long wall with a very business manufacturer on the other side. The age of the building and the nature of business for the manufacturing business has created a very loud noise in the middle of our offices which didn't let us perform right. After trying many different approaches that didn't work we decided to take care of the issue professionally and after seeing many other commercial contractors the solution provided by Levi and the materials selection and installation method were the most promising. From the planning to the final installations everything was done in a professional and courteous manner. Starting with the initial design phase and ending with a very timely and professionally executed project plan. If you're looking for a contractor who is 100% committed to customer service and doing what they said they would, you don't need to look any further! They have amazing project management mobile app, regular communication, and fantastic workmanship. We had our Kitchen renovation done and finished and we are more than happy from the amazing and courteous well done job. The facelift of our kitchen included a new set of European two tones cabinets, Island with a beautiful waterfall countertop installation, under mount lights and a beautiful new light layout for the kitchen with recessed light and pendant lights above the island. The design process was precist and the installation for everything was identical. Our new kitchen became a conversation between our family and we enjoyed hosting for the first time these holidays. We chose to hire Levite for this kitchen renovation after talking to a few other remodelling contractors, but the experience from the beginning was way better. Their communication and schedule planning and execution exceeded our expectations. The work was performed timely and professionally, and they cleaned the area as a daily routine which kept the site always tight and neat. We were opening a hair salon and spent a lot of money on a business design with a well known designer in Seattle. After the second meeting with Natali, Levite Construction interior designer we decided to go with her new plan and to not to proceed with our previous plan which was costly and not helping to use the space as we wanted. Levi and his team came up with great ideas and once we received the 3D we couldn't wait to be working in the place that they helped us to design and build. The quality of work was superb, and the finished product was exactly how it was designed! Our project was unique and required extra design and planning upfront, so when other contractors sent their project managers to estimate, they were unable to get a grasp of the project. Instead, Levite sent their interior designer, Natalie, who was able to envision the build and provide an accurate estimate. From there, they operated smoothly and professionally, demonstrating a high level of craftsmanship with every step. Yutong L.1508 days agoWe worked with Natali and Yair for our condo kitchen and bathroom renovations. It was a superb experience. The initial estimate they provided was over the budget for us. Natali worked very hard to get the price down to something within our budget. Natali guided us in purchasing the materials, she walked us through the options and what would work. The end result speaks for itself. Renovations with condos are more difficult, as HOA rules needs to be followed. We did not hear any complaints or need to talk to building manager at all. Yair took care of dealing with the HOA and his workers all followed the HOA rules. The project finished on time, and looks fantastic. Yair patiently explains what he is doing and why it is done that way. We really appreciated that transparency. Yair often said he wants us to feel comfortable with our home, and by the end of the project we believed that. As with any project, there were some minor issues and difficulties. Yair and Natali were very understanding of our problems and always helped fix the issues. It saved us a lot of stress and headaches knowing that we can count on Yair and Natali. Stef L.1618 days agoHere's the only thing you need to know about Levite Construction: If you want a remodeling experience that's as stress-free as possible, you should most definitely hire them. We hired them to do a kitchen and two-bathroom remodel in summer/fall 2020. It all turned into a much more complicated job than expected once we hit some roadblocks with city permits and such. None of it was Levite's fault. But our project manager Yair -- who owns the company -- made it a point to BE the point person between us and the city. He was the guy who met with the inspector, explained policies to us, advocated for us, and went to bat for us against the city. He made a complicated situation easier for US, and I really appreciated that! Above all, from start to finish, Yair and his interior designer Natali were wonderful to work with. All those stereotypes about contractors being super flaky are true -- but Yair is the exception. He promptly answered all our calls, texts and emails and was always very helpful with updates and information. He also tries to work with YOUR schedule and not try to make you work within HIS. So if you work a M-F job and can't meet with him till 6:30 p.m., that's fine. If you want to chat on a Sunday, that's fine too. He goes out of his way to try to help YOU. The project was completed on budget and on time. And we're super happy with the results. Our kitchen and bathrooms look GORGEOUS. And Yair has an eye for detail and incorporated some very thoughtful touches as well -- for instance, he installed a light in a crawl space under the stairs because he thought that would be helpful. It is. He also moved the toilet a couple inches away from the walk-in shower because he wanted to ensure the shower was comfortably wide. The after-project service has been amazing too. Yair always promptly answers any questions I have any anything related to the bathroom or kitchen. And even months later, he's come out to help troubleshoot things on a couple of occasions too. In short, I would highly, highly recommend Yair, Natali and this very professional company for all your construction, remodel and contracting needs! Look no further!Posted on Yelp

Or B.1639 days agoWe had a meeting with them today on our house in Mercer Island. What a wonderful experience, It's easy to tell when you see a company who is organised and good at what their doing. We had a meeting with the owner Yair, he showed up on time, helped us choose materials and even walked us trough several design options and everything happens while he was very easy to understand and super effective with his way of explaining ideas. During the appointment he even did a conference call with their 3D remodelling designer to get her opinion in regards some option we had.
