Minimal Gloss Kitchen and Bath Remodel
A pared-back remodel in high-gloss handleless cabinetry with marble-look quartz run full height, a walnut slab-front double vanity, a large-format tiled bathroom and dark hardwood flooring.
View project →Houses taken on as one job rather than a room at a time — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, lighting and finishes together — whether the owner is moving in or moving the property on.
Taking a house on in full is a different job from remodeling one room. The trades overlap, the order of work matters, and decisions made in the kitchen affect the flooring, the lighting and the bathrooms. It runs as one schedule, with one team, so the finishes agree with each other from the front door onwards.
The work usually covers kitchen and bathrooms, flooring, paint, lighting, electrical and plumbing, with design plans and 3D renderings before anything is ordered. The same process serves two quite different owners: someone renovating the home they live in, and someone renovating a property to sell.

Anything where more than one room is being rebuilt at the same time, up to a complete gut and refit. The projects on this page range from a house taken back to the studs and refinished throughout, to a large home where the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and finishes were all replaced together.
The build is the same; the brief is not. A renovation for resale is specified for broad appeal and a firm budget, while a renovation for the owner is specified around how they actually live. We ask which it is at the first meeting, because it changes the choices we put in front of you.
For a whole-home project, usually yes for at least part of it — services get disconnected and floors get lifted. We tell you at the planning stage which phases make the house unusable, so you can arrange it rather than discover it.
Structural and anything behind the walls first, then plumbing and electrical rough-in, then surfaces, then fittings and finishes. Getting that order wrong is what causes finished work to be torn out again, which is the main argument for one contractor rather than several.
Yes — that is how we prefer to work. Our in-house designer draws the floor plans and the 3D renderings, you sign them off, and the crew who build it are in the same company. Washington State contractor licence LEVITCC782DH.
