I worked with Yair, Natalie (design) and Barak (site manager) on my bathroom remodeling. The estimate was clear and I really appreciate that individual steps are listed in detail in the estimate; it  learned a few things I wasn't thinking about before, so the estimate really helped me understand the whole process. The designing was a great experience, too! Natalie listened to our wild ideas and made lots of suggestions to make them work together. After the construction started, Barak gave us daily updates and took care of the tiniest details. He also patiently answered my questions about how steps like waterproofing are done. Projects like this always have some small imperfections; after the project has been completed, Yair and Barak responded quickly to make a small fix; I am thankful that they are taking care of their clients. I’m so glad I chose Levite Construction to remodel my kitchen. Yair Levi and Barak Tamir headed up the construction team. They were both extremely responsive and organized in getting everything done. Natali was the designer and she worked with me until I got exactly the materials I wanted. It was exactly 5 weeks from tear down to professional cleaners coming and cleaning the new kitchen. I had an amazing opportunity to work with Levite Construction to remodel my old condo.  Yair, the G.C & Co-founder of the company was there from the start to the finish.  He organized all his people so that work progressed efficiently and proficiently.  Also, he listened to my priorities and concerns, and he made sure those were met.  During the final stages, Barak made sure all improvements (both indoor and the public areas) were done in a timely manner.  Thank you VERY MUCH for your wonderful work! I had a small bathroom in my 1914 house redone and decided to go with the bid from Levite Construction because the overall estimated cost came in quite a bit lower than several other design/build companies and I was impressed with the on-site visit by the project manager Coral and his attention to detail. Working with the designer Natali was very productive and useful at the start of the process, given the overwhelming number of choices. Natali picked up very quickly on what I like, and with her help we could zero in on tiling and hardware choices efficiently. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Having a responsive project manager as a single contact point across the many tasks and subcontractors was a big plus. In an old house it is par for the course that there will be some surprises (plaster walls, plumbing out of code etc.) requiring the occasional adjustment of plans - this is where a good communication channel becomes essential to avoid delays and stress. The project was completed on time and within budget, and I am very happy with the result. At the end of the project I was especially impressed with the flexibility to have all remaining cosmetic issues addressed very quickly until I was completely satisfied.

Levite Construction just completed a remodel of our master bathroom. We are thrilled with the result. Natali, our designer, was invaluable in helping us to choose the various components (tile, flooring, vanity, etc.). I asked Yair up front for a time estimate. He told me three to four weeks, and that was right on the money. At the time I wondered how it could take that long, but now I see how much goes into it, and I'm amazed they were able to meet that promise. The workers were here almost every single day (M-F), and they took very few breaks. Yair was very conscientious about keeping us updated and explaining each step along the way. I believe we got three bids on this project. Levite was competitive with the other two.
